Dear Dennis,
In today's marketplace, one hears so much about Quality and Service from salesman. Unfortunately, the follow through is usually, far short of the promise. In the case of Arctic Spas however, I am so pleased with you excellent product and the outstanding service you've been providing since we purchased your Yukon Signature Series hot tub last July.
Right from the start, your salesman were extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. The site-survey was performed on time and we had a great chat with Dennis. The tub was delivered, as scheduled; the installation team provided first-rate service and helped me understand my responsibilities in managing the water chemistry and tub maintenance.
I assumed at that point our relationship was over barring and problems with the tub. I was really surprised and pleased when you called to see if all was well or if I had any questions. when I experienced a problem getting chemicals for the tub locally, your willingness to drive to the Cape, during mid-summer, to deliver them went way beyond my expectations. The fact that you check out the tub during that visit and the left me a complimentary filter didn't go unnoticed! I was really impressed by this hands on management and the service from Arctic Spas. I was even more impressed by the service you provided when i came to winterizing the tub. You managed the service call on the weekend to accommodate my business travel, you explained the process, you gave me a few "freebies" again, and you discussed the opening-up process for the spring.
Bottom line Dennis, you made owning our Arctic tub and effortless pleasure. I can't tell you hot satisfied and happy Kathy and I are with your product and your service. It's terrific to find someone so committed to his product, his organization, and to his customers. You folks really have it together Dennis and I'll certainly recommend you to a potential clients.

We just wanted to send a quick email to let you know how much of a pleasure it has been doing business with you! We purchased our spa in July and from the moment we entered your Peabody location we have been so impressed by your commitment to customer service. Before visiting your location we visited many Spa suppliers within the greater Boston area. We found the best service, products, and price at your location. Your staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all friendly! Always going above and beyond for customers. From the day we decided to purchase the spa you have impressed us with your service; providing a site visit prior to purchase, extra supplies, and some really sound advice when we were just figuring the spa out!
We recently stopped by to pick up some test strips for our spa unfortunately the location was closed just the same we wanted to check your hours on the door when we did a gentleman opened the door and asked what we needed...we left with our test strips, thanks! Service like that is really unheard of.
You have a wonderful team! We will continue to recommend you to family & friends! Thanks again!

“Sales and then Service"
We purchased our spa from Arctic Spa New England two years ago. We use the spa 3 to 5 times a week and have enjoyed every moment of it. It is one of the best investments we have made.
When we bought it we were told how energy efficient it was, even though we felt that was a stretch we bought it. They were right. We have seen other spas and there is no comparison at all. In our opinion ARCTIC SPAS are built to a higher standard.
In the two plus years we have had the spa we have contacted Arctic Spa New England on the rare occasion when we have had a problem. We are amazed at the response we get when we call. We live in Rhode Island about 70 or so miles from their office yet they come to service the spa with-in the time that they say they will. (Unheard of in today’s service industry). Also there has never been a question about the cause of the problem just “OK we will be there on Monday to correct it.” (No hassle trying to plead for service, again unheard of in today’s service industry).
We have NEVER experienced a company as dedicated to their product, sales and more importantly service, that respond to our questions and the rare problem, the way Arctic Spa New England has.
We recommend Arctic Spa New England fully and in our opinion their products are of the highest quality and the staff completely knowledgeable and extremely focused on customer satisfaction. We will not hesitate to purchase from Arctic Spa New England again.
